Chris earned a bachelor’s degree from Quest University Canada in 2011, and a M.A. in economics from the University of Colorado, Denver. He then moved to Chicago where he worked as a pricing analyst and data analyst. His experience with public policy began while working on long-term-care and Medicaid policy in Washington state. Wanting to better understand public policy, Chris pursued a PhD in Public Affairs at the University of Missouri. While at Mizzou he studied urban land use regulation with an emphasis on the role of state government. Chris is a strong believer in the importance of state government, as well as the value of well-designed public policy. He is excited to join MOST as a fellow and is looking forward to working with legislators to create well informed public policy for all Missourians.
