As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, MOST Policy Initiative relies on generous donations from individuals, foundations, and companies to promote the long-term health, economic growth, and sustainability for Missouri communities by connecting science and policy at the state and local levels. Your tax-deductible contribution allows us to continue to elevate science and research in policy conversations in Missouri.

• Written over 350 policy research briefs, or “Science Notes”, on wide topic areas including agriculture, energy, the environment, technology, elections, taxes, education, workforce, health, mental health, and public safety.
• Fulfilled requests for 114 members of the General Assembly (55% Repub.; 43% Dem.; 2% Joint).
• Shared our Science Notes with 154 members (61% of all legislators).
• Provided 54 written testimonies and 53 in-person testimonies at committee hearings
• Co-authored the Final Report of the Task Force on Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment for the second year, alongside committee members and their staff.
